The design and development department covers 750 square meters and is equipped with over 50 professional machines from domestic and international brands. With an annual capacity of 60,000 pieces for sample development and single-item customization, the company has a dedicated R&D and customization team specializing in high-end bespoke orders and special product categories for both domestic and international markets.
The experience of multi-category development has allowed pattern makers and sample craftsmen to accumulate extensive skills in design adaptation and problem-solving. Their deep understanding of sewing techniques and production costs enables them to help clients optimize cost control right from the design stage.
Small-Batch Customization
The company accepts small-batch customization starting from 30 pieces. Production is handled by experienced sample-making craftsmen who can independently complete entire garments. They are skilled in sewing various product categories, making it easier to serve independent designers, niche brands, and startup entrepreneurs. This approach helps clients reduce inventory concerns while maintaining flexibility in production.
Production Capability
The company operates three suspended production lines, enabling fast and efficient manufacturing for both knitted and woven products. Additionally, it collaborates with over 30 vertically integrated large-scale production factories, achieving an annual production capacity of 1 million pieces.

YL Apparel offers custom fabric solutions, including tie-dye, hand-painted designs, washing treatments, and dyeing & finishing services.
Material Sourcing
Dedicated fabric and accessory sourcing offices in Guangdong and Zhejiang ensure quick access to the required materials in the shortest time possible.
Specialized Printing & Embroidery Facilities
In Xiamen, the company collaborates with over 20 specialized factories for printing and embroidery techniques, providing a wide range of customizations, including:
• Printing: Screen printing, water-based printing, Kornit digital printing, Brother digital printing, domestic digital printing, fabric printing, and sublimation printing.
• Embroidery: Flat embroidery, towel embroidery, 3D hollow embroidery, sequin embroidery, and rhinestone application.
• Other Special Techniques: Silicone printing, high-frequency embossing, and more.
